    Monday - July 19, 2010

  • 12:00 Noon – Opening Ceremonies at Marantette Park.

      Opening Ceremonies will include:

    1. 12:00 Noon – Heritage Days Fundraiser Community BBQ at Marantette Park. ($3.00 Per Plate)

    2. Speakers representing the City of Columbia Falls; Glacier National Park; Active Military & Veterans.


    3. Patriotic music presented by the Columbia Falls United Methodist Church Choir.

    4. Wild Cat Auction!
    5. Color Guards with presentation of flags – “Star Spangled Banner” – Military Fly-over.


    6. Vendors and games.


    7. 3:00 p. m. Dan Jimmerson Magic Show.

    Tuesday - July 20, 2010

  • Open swimming at Pinewood Park pool. Adults and kids to 10 years old from 6:30 p. m. Adults and kids 11 years old and older from 8 p. m. to 10 p. m.




    Wednesday - July 21, 2010

  • 5:30 p. m. - 9:00 p. m. – Inaugural Heritage Days Car Show at Marantette Park. BBQ (Heritage Days Fundraiser $3.00 Per Plate). Vendors and Games. At least 50 cars booked already. Sponsored by Don K Chevrolet.




    Thursday - July 22, 2010

  • 5:00 p. m. – Farmers Market at Glacier Discovery Square.


  • 7:00 p. m. – Lion's Club Concert at Marantette Park featuring the Flathead Valley Community Band (FVCB). One of the pieces planned for the evening is entitled The Glacier Fantasy, written back in the 60's, which will be a tribute to the Glacier National Park Centennial.




    Friday - July 23, 2010

  • 5:00 p. m. – Wildcat Athletic Endowment Fundraiser BBQ and Auction behind the Columbia Bar.


  • 6:30 p. m. – Joe Cosley Exhibit official unveiling at Glacier Discovery Square.


  • 7:00 p. m. – NRA Rodeo at the Blue Moon Arena northeast corner of Hwy. 2 and 40.


  • 7:30 p. m. - Cosley Rendezvous Campfire at Whitefish Credit Union Park.




    Saturday - July 24, 2010

  • 7:00 a. m. - Firemen's Breakfast at Don Anderson Fire Hall.

  • 7:30 a. m. – 3-on-3 Basketball Tourney on 1st Avenue West.


  • 8:00 a. m. – Boogie-to-the-Bank 5k & 10k Run. North Fork to Glacier Discovery Square.


  • 9:00 a. m. – Arts, Crafts, Food vendors and Music at Glacier Discovery Square. Music at Glacier Discovery Square** until 6 p. m.


  • 11:00 a. m. – Main Parade on Nucleus Avenue (Railway to 7th Street). PLEASE NOTE THE EARLIER START TIME THIS YEAR.


  • 1:00 p. m. - Freedom Bank's Wild Horse Drive on Hwy. 2 from Columbia Heights to the Blue Moon.


  • 3:00 p. m. - Rendezvous Black Powder Shoot. Demonstration and competition with black powder firearms. North Fork road. Specific location and other details are TBA.


  • 4:00 p. m. - Larchwood Regatta on the Flathead River.


  • 7:00 p. m. – NRA Rodeo at the Blue Moon Arena northeast corner of Hwy. 2 and 40.


  • 7:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. – Barn Dance with music by Silvertip at Marantette Park.
