    Wednesday - July 27, 2011

  • 5:00 p. m. - 9:00 p. m. – 2nd Annual Car Show at Marantette Park.

    While at the car show enjoy the Heritage Days Fundraiser BBQ: Hamburger, chips and softdrink $4 or hotdog, chips and softdrink $3.

    The Best-in-Show trophy this year measures over 5 ft. tall!




    Thursday - July 28, 2011

  • 5:00 p. m. – Farmers Market at Glacier Discovery Square *


  • FREE Open Swimming at Pinewood Park Pool
       6:30 p. m. -   7:45 p. m. Adults and kids to 10 years old
       8:45 p. m. - 10:00 p. m. Adults and kids 11+ years old


  • 7:00 p. m. – Lion's Club Concert at Marantette Park featuring the Flathead Valley Community Band (FVCB) *




    Friday - July 29, 2011

  • 5:00 p. m. – Wildcat Athletic Endowment Fundraiser BBQ and Auction behind the Columbia Bar on Nucleus Ave. *


  • 7:00 p. m. – NRA Rodeo at the Blue Moon Arena northeast corner of Hwy. 2 and 40, just behind the Blue Mood Grille *

  • 7:00 a. m. - Firemen's Breakfast at Don Anderson Fire Hall, 624 1st Avenue West *

  • 7:30 a. m. – 3-on-3 Basketball Tourney on 1st Avenue West, one block west of Glacier Discovery Square.


  • 8:00 a. m. – Boogie-to-the-Bank 5k & 10k Run. North Fork to Glacier Discovery Square.


  • 9:00 a. m. – Arts, Crafts, Food vendors outside at Glacier Discovery Square, 540 Nucleus Ave.

  • 10:00 a. m. – 2:00 p. m. North Valley Senior Center Fund Raiser Luncheon.* Salads, sandwiches, pies and beverages.

    From 11:00 to 12:00 enjoy the North Valley High Steppers line dancing entertainment.

  • 12:00 p. m. – Main Parade on Nucleus Avenue (Railway to 7th Street). Parade participants will stage along Railway Street at the north end of Nucleus Ave. at 11:00 a.m.


  • 2:00 p. m. - Freedom Bank's Wild Horse Drive on Hwy. 2 from Columbia Heights to the Blue Moon *


  • 7:00 p. m. – NRA Rodeo at the Blue Moon Arena northeast corner of Hwy. 2 and 40, just behind the Blue Mood Grille *

  • 7:00 p. m. – Mixed Martial Arts competition at Columbia Falls High School gym.*

    The doors open at 6:30 with fights starting at 7:00. Fighters from all over Montana and Canada participating in this event. Tickets are $15 at the door for general admission. Ringside tables are available for purchase, they are $300.00 and seat 10 people. Anyone interested in buying a table can call 544-0028 for details. NOTE: The fight card is currently full.

    Hear internationally recognized electric cellist Jami Sieber perform her incredible music right here in Columbia Falls.

    Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. $10 for seniors and youths under 18.
