Heritage Days Event Registration Forms

All parade entries must complete the registration form prior to the start of the parade. Early registration (no later than July 16, 2010) is strongly encouraged.

There are two ways to obtain the desired registration form from this website for Heritage Days events.

1) Download the form to your computer.

Place your cursor over the link, click with your right mouse button, and select "Save Target As" from the dialogue box options. Then click "save" to download the file to your computer. The form files are in .pdf (parade and vendor) and .jpg (WAEA Golf Tournament) format. Soon all registration forms will be in .pdf format.

Once downloaded, you can then open the file using **Adobe Acrobat, a free .pdf file viewer. Print out the form, fill it out, and mail it to the mailing address listed on the form.

2) Open and print from online to your printer:

The second option is to click on the link with your left mouse button. This will launch a new web page (for .jpg files) or Abode Acrobat (for .pdf files). You can then print the form directly from that page and, again, fill it out, and mail it to the address listed on the form.
